Enjoy the stay and location was perfect. Staffs were really nice and helpful-- Rooms were really clean and nice. Only issue is the breakfast was the same daily.

It was a beautiful hotel located right next to Victoria station, which made getting around very easy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My only "complaint" would be that the rooms had not been serviced when we arrived back to get dressed for dinner, We had to call two days in a row to ask them to come.

The room was very small compared to the one we 've been, the previous 3 times of our visit to the hotel. There was no proper space for our luggage and the shower was very tight. On top of that the wardrobe was extremely small and we couldn't easily hang our winter jackets along with a couple of clothes, because there was the ironing board inside and the iron.

My husband and I stayed here for a week. The location was fabulous, easy to walk to so much or very convenient for public transportation. The only thing i would say is the beds need updated. it wasn't awful but it was getting there.

Charming, historic yet modern in all the right ways. Beautiful bed and huge, thick (heated) towels. We had control of the A/C day and night. As a party of two in a standard king, each morning we received two coffee cups, two espresso cups, two beverage glasses (with free still and sparking water), and two glasses for the spacious and spotless bathroom. The coffered ceiling and tasteful photos completed the atmosphere. The only warning: Keep the sink drain flipped CLOSED or you will smell all of London's underground facilities back to the hotel's construction in 1862.

Ideal location. Most Westminster sites are walkable. Right next to Victoria station so easy access to buses and subway. The staff was very helpful. Great food at the restaurant and lots of other options close by. Room was clean and roomy given the central London location.

Handy location for central London
Location v handy to Victoria Station. Our room had to be accessed by using 2 different sets of lifts which was a bit confusing and inconvenient. Room spacious and had a bath with separate shower.
