Enjoy the stay and location was perfect. Staffs were really nice and helpful-- Rooms were really clean and nice. Only issue is the breakfast was the same daily.

During our 8 day stay we received the greatest service out of any hotel in London that we have stayed at. From walking in to leaving was perfect. The concierge Paddy was so helpful he helped like he knew us personally. The door man Max did his job exceptionally. All in all the staff made our stay magnificent we will definitely be going back. I will gladly recommend this hotel to my friends.

La chambre avec deux lits jumeaux était vraiment très petite. Nous avions à peine de l'espace pour bouger. Pour une personne ça peut aller mais pas pour 2 personnes. Dommage !

The hotel is nice and well kept for an older historic property. I would rate it a four star (out of five) property. The Reunion bar is a great spot for an evening cocktail and the on site restaurant (Soak) was nice and vibrant. A great spot for a drink or dinner! My only concern with this property is the location. It is attached to the Victoria station which is fantastic for using the train. We took the train directly from Gatwick to the hotel. It is also very close and easy walking distance to a number of attractions. The only downside is that it is also adjacent to the bus stations and there are a number of bus stops directly in front of the property. Every time you come and go the street is filled with people from all walks of life coming and going from the buses. Typical for a large city but not the most pleasant environment at times.

The Clermont is a beautiful hotel in the Westminster area of London. Very elegant and is located in a perfect location. Right next to Victoria Station and plenty of sights within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again!
