Loved the old charm of this hotel. It is centrally located to a lot of sights which made it great for walking, and right by the tube and bus stations which made traveling around the city super easy. Even though it was close to these stations, you would never know it on the inside. Our room was quiet and cozy and the service was great! Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel with a helpful, courteous staff. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious! (Also beautifully decorated) There is a back door that leads into Victoria Station which is very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is lovely and we enjoyed it each morning. We loved having refreshments in the room each day and the rooms were clean. Location is close really only to Buckingham and not too far from the Abbey. The bad: Too much public transportation around hotel, yes I said too much… that you can’t get an Uber in front of hotel. This is the first hotel, and we travel A LOT, that our room “wasn’t available” until exactly 3p(1500)Usually countries help us out since flights are random and timeliness varies. We’re tourist we get there at 1:20 (1320) not ready we come back at 2:45(1445)still not ready! Id probably recommend locals to this hotel but not tourists :)

The staff were the star the of the show at The Clarmont. From the minute we checked in to the time we left, we felt well taken care of. I was disappointed in our floor seven attic room. It looked nothing like the picture I booked. It was tiny, only had warm water, not hot, and no windows. We didn’t want to spend anytime in the room and that was a bummer. That said, there are probably better rooms, and the location, staff and amenities would bring me back to try for a different room.

Amazing hotel next to the Victoria train statiion
We came to London after a cruise and spent 4 days. The Clermont was amazing! The room was so nice and had cold water and soda for us along with daily snacks and candy in our riot. The staff was attentive and friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location. Really enjoyed our stay and will look forward to another stay in the future!
