A grand hotel in a great location so convenient for Transport, Sights and Dining options. A good stay in a comfortable room and the highlight was breakfast which was superb. The hotel doorman must be the best in London so knowledgeable and always happy to assist.

Great location - near the thriving end of town. Transportation options aplenty. Staff were pleasant but mostly inattentive. Found room stuffy and aircon tricky to control the actual temperature. House keeping requests were dealt with well. All up a good hotel.

very "London" hotel with large rooms, very clean, friendly staff that was helpful in getting us taxis to get to places or pointed us in the right direction when walking around. Purchased their buffet breakfast which was very good.

Safety concerns
The service was OK. I called concierge for a bandaid 3 times and they did not deliver. I had to go to the front desk to get it. The gym was also just OK. Their weight room had a leak in the ceiling and it smelled like mold. Also, the security is not great. You need a key card to get in the building at night but I saw a lot of people just enter behind actual hotel guests and just roam the lobby. I definitely did not feel safe entering the building alone at night.

We really like the Dilly: the great location is the main reason we chose here, then the room is cozy with good bed and low noise! Also the breakfast and the indoor pool are the plus for us.

Very spacious room. Small old bathroom. Very dark in the room, needs more lighting. We arrived early and had to wait 7hrs to check in with 2 small children who were exhausted. No attempt was made to get our room ready earlier. The scaffolding on the front of the building was a shame as well. Apart from that it was a very comfortable stay.

I ordered in room dining, food never came. Laundry they washed my white underwear with black socks in boiling water, socks shrunk, whites discoloured. And they did nothing to resolve the issue. Do not stay there.
