We read the reviews before so we were aware the stairs were steep and were fine with it. We were in room 16 so on the highest floor and the steps were not bad at all, we had backpacks so it was easy. We were able to check in early for our two night stay and room was cleaned in the morning and had fresh towels for the second night. TV was small but your not in your room much so its not a big deal. Fan was a great touch for air circulation. Room was small but expected and was sufficient for our needs. LOVED the location near Victoria station, one train directly to Gatwick airport from here. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend!
Very small room hardly space to walk around. Minute sink - unacceptable.
Third floor room no lift not suitable for me or others post hip surgery.
Very basic breakfast and pretty unfriendly staff.
Would NEVER STAY again and would not recommend for the price.
Lovely clean room with everything you need although no lift and lots of stairs to climb to get to it and very small tv.
Lovely little breakfast room with cereal, toast, yogurts, juice, tea and coffee.
In a good position to access lots of places to visit on foot and the tube is nearby.
would defiantly stay here again.
The hotel was extremely small and had no elevator. You had to share a toilet with other guests. It was clean but very small. You had to carry luggage through multiple sets of stairs.
Fine family room woth 5 beds and a functional bathroom.... breakfast was not the most inteteresting.
Perfect geo. Near Victoria station, Buckingham Palace and hyde Park... restaurants round the cornet
The rooms were very small, bathroom had been renovated but when you sat on toilet you hit the toilet roll holder. Breakfast was a basic continental, if you didn’t time it right you had to queue for a table. Did not have any gluten free, or lactose free options was told you had to order at time of booking, although that was not mentioned when booking. It was reasonable cheap for this area and that’s all you got.
