We booked this hotel because it is close to the opera at Covent Garden, so convenience was the key consideration. The room was relatively small but clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The attention to detail here was incredible. So many small touches that made tue experience exemplary! Great staff and a double headed shower that was amazing! Bedding was also super high quality and very comfortable. In the heart of Covent Garden. Look for Henri sign for entrance. The doorway is otherwise hard to find.

The Henrietta was perfect. The location had restaurants shops easy access to the tube and comfortable room. The shower was the best and towels were luxurious. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. The staff was so friendly. We will definitely be back.

This place is amazing. So beautiful and such outstanding service. Julie and other front desk staff. The barkeep, Tara in the dining room. Everyone was fantastic. Nicely done. And the area, no limit to restaurant options and shopping. All within a short walk, including several stage theaters.

The Henrietta experimental was a slice of home away from home. For my first visit to London, I found the perfect nook that was close to seven dials, Trafalgar Square, soho, The Westend and the Covent garden subway station and hop-on hop-off bus stop. I will absolutely be here to stay again- it was a beautiful experience from the lemon butter bickies left in a crystal jar by my bedside each night, to the beautifully thoughtful room cleans every morning. Rooms are spacious, big enough for two people plus luggage and then some. A slight upgrade in room gets you a view of the street down below and double glazed windows keeps out the sounds at night. Fabulous London location
Excellent facility very clean. We stayed at the new annex and the room was wonderful. The attention to details was outstanding very clean and they thought of everything. The house staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful.
