Lovely

I stay in a lot of hotels but the staff seemed authentically friendly, mostly new and in perhaps in need of more technical training but this was more than made up for by their authenticity and genuine politeness.

Old tired room in the attic. Aircon was good lady in reception was busy discussing an online complaint when I checked out so I left it at that. Cut my leg on the corner of the sink tiles, after a long day it was a bed the night porter was helpful.

Amazing staff and location.

Amazing stay. Room 8. The staff where amazing. So so helpful. Andreas at reception was fantastic. Loved the feel of the hotel and so near Oxford street. Highly recommend.

Hotel very central. Food and staff excellent.

Everything was mostly good apart from the chair in the bedroom which was unsafe and could cause an accident.
