You need to tighten up your fire safety protocols. The alarm went off at two in the morning and we were all running around like chickens with our heads cut off. I was told it was a false alarm by another guest. No one came to tell us it was a false alarm, no one made an announcement. This is unacceptable after Grenfell.

I must say that this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in awhile. Not only because of their amenities but because of every single person on their staff. Everyone greeted us warmly and took care of everything we needed. The concierge is top tier. Especially Bernard he was so helpful and friendly and went over and beyond in his service to us.
