Excellent welcome and customer service from Alexandra. Room quiet and comfortable. Particularly like that they took the trouble to find and give us the room that we had last stay. Recommended.

The hotel has a wonderful character. The room we were allocated was excellent. Lots of space, with a fabulous ensuite. Great fridge and large safe. The staff were very helpful. We only stayed the pne night, and didnt use the other facilities (we were dining out), but we will certainly be staying here again. Easy walk to the Barbacan Tube so conveniently located.
