Great location, 10 minutes from tube station on a quietnstreet. Staff were gelpful. Booked online and for some reason got accessible room which was large and clean. Bed was a little too hars but upntonpar. Would recommemd.

March 2025 Vacation

We stayed for 9 days. Located in Kensington, this hotel is not close to downtown, but we liked the area. It was very quiet and safe. There were not too many restaurants nearby and the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant. There is a restaurant on the bottom floor but it is not owned by the hotel. The food was awful. We ate breakfast there on our first day and never returned. The staff was very good. They keep the hotel very clean. There are nearby tube stations you can walk to. We would recommend staying if you’re looking for a quiet hotel.

No hot water and constantly fluctuating from hot to cold, blinds did not cover the windows, if you enjoy having what seems like a floodlight coming through your window at 7am then stay here. Staff batten into my room every morning at 9 am to clean even though I asked them 3 times not to and also asked 3 times for a do not disturb sign. Advertised room as a double bed and when I got there there was just 2 single beds pushed together. Overall one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in the 30 countries I have been to.

Beautiful hotel just a few minutes away from Earl’s Court Station. Very quiet and beautiful upscale neighborhood in the Kensington area. We felt very safe waking to and from our hotel. Lots of food options close by. The staff was friendly and our room was the perfect size for two. Actually, bigger than expected! Housekeeping cleaned our room everyday. We highly recommend this hotel!

Perfectly ok, good location, neat&tidy

Great location..short walk to Gloucester Road train STN, restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. Also short walk to Earls Court area. Room was comfy, a little tight and small...but perfectly adequate. Didnt try out the restaurant, cafe...so can't comment. The lifts are noisey and you can hear them at night from bed (we were given the room next to the lift which seems to be common when booking with Hotels.com rather than through the hotel direct). All in all, a nice experience and reasonable for the cost. Close to buses and trains to get you all over London.

The only issues were the provision of essentials like toiletries especially in an executive room. Breakfast was not great at all. Poor choices to select from, cold and did not look appetizing.

Good for what we needed, safe area, easy access to tube for airport and attractions. Large room. Negatives - central heating in our room broken (unsure if under repair or an issue throughout the hotel). Other minor maintenance issues e.g. ripped/torn carpet in halls, water damage to underside of bathroom door. Cot mattress provided was too big for cot. No ramp to access building for prams/suitcases.

The room was considerably larger than what the photos illustrate. The location is great and in a very quiet neighborhood, but still within a 5 minute walk to the nearest Tube station. There is a Sainsbury grocery just around the corner that has all the basics you might need. Good restaurants are numerous and close, not to mention a wonderful one downstairs.
