We booked this hotel as it was not too far from the Ritz where our family had booked us an afternoon tea for our 50th wedding anniversary. The hotel surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco and macarons together with rose petals on the bed which was very thoughtful. The reception staff were lovely and friendly. We would stay again.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We requested to be moved to a different room upon check in. Not only did they move us to a better view, but also provided a bottle of champagne. They also had no problem holding our bags after checking out and waiting g for a red eye flight that night.

Very nice and comfortable and good breakfast. However, we wanted a drink after our musical at 22:30, but the hotel bar was closed, so we ended up having to pay £30 for a bottle of Prosecco (baring in mind we had paid nearly £400 for one night in the hotel). Having been offered a drink at check in and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco on ice in the room was a nice touch tho.
