This is a great boutique hotel in a very convenient location with great access to the theatre district and Mayfair. A place of solitude amongst the rat-race. The negative is it is too pricey!

We stay here regularly and find it to be a very good location, most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are to a good standard and it’s generally well maintained. We had an issue with one of the rooms on our stay and felt it was badly handled by the staff and we were told there wasn’t a manager available to speak to which I found irritating. Nevertheless the majority of staff are kind and welcoming and I normally enjoy my stay.
