We booked city view deluxe room, but the room is very small and no place to hang towels or anything in bathroom, and no room to store clothes so pretty much you have to keep all clothes in your suitcase due to no drawers. This hotel needs a remodeling, if you only stay a night or two is okay, for 5 nights or more not so much. All the staff are friendly and helpful.
This is the best hotel I have stayed in a long time. Even the ‘smaller’ interior room feels luxurious. The staff is amazing. Everything About the standard is a TEN!
Definitely not a 5 star stay, although it was a 5 star price.
Aside from odd design choices that don't make much sense (towel hooks, curtains not quite long enough), the plumbing was awful and the room underwhelming.
The fact that it's so expensive made me resent our stay.
