Such wonderful, friendly staff. Stayed here as easy access to ABBA voyage and excel. Overground station literally couple of minutes walk from hotel. Our rooms were at the end of the corridor so, lovely and quiet. Not sure if you would have the same experience if you were staying in rooms right opposite the lift areas or the first few rooms nearest to the reception area (but could be wrong) Lots of choice at breakfast only negative thing would be the bacon, which tasted awful, would recommend don’t try it. Saying that would stay here again if going to excel or seeing ABBA again.

Fabulous staff!
2nd trip & staff were as amazingly friendly as 1st time. Like EXCEPTIONAL. they are the stand out memory from both visits . Rooms are lovey. Pretty beds but a bit short for those over 6ft. The lounge is beautiful & peaceful

Lovely stay, staff were lovely. Room, bedding, towels and bathroom were very clean but there was a horrible damp smell in the bathroom. That’s the only thing that wasn’t good. Everything else was great

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were on the fourth floor with a bedroom that contained everything we needed. Very comfortable stay. Breakfast was self service and served both hot and cold items. Everything was regularly topped up so plenty of choice. Short walk to the station/underground. Very enjoyable stay and would definitely return if possible. Thank you.

Excellent location as we were going to ABBA arena and it was an easy 14 minute walk away. Nice restaurants close by to the hotel and close to Westfield Stratford for shopping. The hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel is very clean. Would recommend.

Just wonderful. The staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. A brilliant location and well serviced. The room was compact but exactly what was needed, and the fridge was a brilliant bonus for those who prefer proper milk to UHT. It also felt very safe - being recognised by name upon returning to the hotel by the reception staff was very comforting when a woman travelling alone. A special shout out to the wonderful Roland!

Suffocating stay
Was given a room at ground level directly next to the busy street with passersby a few feet away. Requested a change which couldn't be made as the hotel was full. Couldn't open windows and would have been unsafe to do so. Felt both claustrophobic and stifling. Air in the room was not great and didn't sleep because of traffic noise outside.

The hotel was very lovely and the staff was really nice and accommodating. Loved going to the gym, had everything I needed. The only issues I had was: The cleanliness was good but for some reason the glasses in my room was never changed for the 4 days I was there, even though I mentioned it but it still wasn’t changed. Also the WiFi was quite poor at times, had to hotspot for most of the time I was there. Other than those two things though, it was great.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to ABBA Voyage, but were very pleased with the hotel on its own merits—comfortable, clean, kind and helpful personnel, late night food and beverage options, nice atmosphere, we felt safe and relaxed.

We stayed here due to its location near the ABBA arena. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were ok the bed was a little on the hard side for me. The general area around was a bit grotty but close to Westfield and Stratford station.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay The Westbridge. Highlights included: -easy access to public transportation -the friendliness of staff and being able to check in early -wide variety for the breakfast buffet (eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, yogurt, cheese, fruit, etc. ) -having a premade breakfast ready for us to take when we checked out at 5am due to an early flight Thank you, staff!

Hotel is ok but checking in the guy on receptions breath was sickening. We were there for 2 nights and it was very cold outside. The room thermostat shows 28 degree but I think it’s just for show, it was cold and not comfortable. Lift jammed once so we were a bit scared to use it. We accept its London but they have no arrangement with any local businesses for guest parking. We had to pay £25 per day at the Buzz Bingo car park. The barman nice and made great pizzas. Overall nice enough hotel and handy for the Abba Arena.
