Quiet Stay Close to T5
Chose this hotel because it was close to Terminal 5. The price quoted, without breakfast, was very reasonable. I decided to take the 10 minute bus ride from T5 at £1.75 instead of the pod at £8 and that was fine as the bus stopped outside the hotel. Check-in was quick and the staff were very helpful. There was no lift so I had to carry my suitcase up one floor to my room. The room was on the small size but fine for just me for one night. It was very clean and the double bed very comfortable. The bathroom was slotless but the sink had no plug, which was disappointing. In the morning I decided to pay for breakfast. It was advertised at £15 but I was charged £12. The breakfast options were good - continental or cooked with a good selection of food and drink. All the staff were polite and attentive, the hotel was cleanand the room quiet. For a o e night stay before catching a flight, this hotel was excellent value for money.

The hotel is in an excellent location and very reasonably priced. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant overlook the airport giving great views. The breakfast is a decent offering and having access to the pod is great. That being said parts of the hotel look slightly dated and everytime I stay here the price of the pod and the parking has increased.

This hotel was so easy and fun to get to from T5. Very easy directions for pod. Aviator restaurant has great Fish n chips and the hotel was quiet, clean and a friendly staff

Great location very close to Heathrow Terminal 5. Good room, clean and tidy with all necessary services and a decent bathroom. Very easy to get to Terminal 5 using the Pod system. I've stayed here several times and will keep on coming back.

Conditions are the lower end of budget
Staff were fantastic but the condition of the room was disappointing. The security latch was installed backwards, so you couldn’t securely lock the door when sleeping and the towel hook in the bathroom was installed upside down, meaning you couldn’t hang your towel on the back of the door. The bath was in a bad condition, so the only option was to shower and the curtain was dirty along the bottom with orange grime. Check in and checkout were swift and both times I was met by a lovely member of staff. Those guys do a fantastic job, but their effort is overshadowed by the poor state of the rooms.
