I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Thistle London Piccadilly. My experience was far from satisfactory due to a series of issues that I encountered.
Upon arrival, I was met with rudeness and frustration from your receptionist, Kadija. She repeatedly informed me that the room was not ready and claimed she could not find my reservation. Despite my exhaustion and insistence that my reservation should be present, it was only after I asked for her name that she started to assist me. During my wait, I observed several other guests complaining about various issues, further indicating a lack of proper service.
Once we checked in, the issues continued:
Cleanliness: The towels in the room were not clean and had hair in between them, which was extremely unhygienic.
Room Service: The room service was consistently late, which was inconvenient and disappointing.
Phone: The phone in the room did not work, making it difficult to contact the front desk or request any services.
Air Conditioner: The air conditioner was non-functional, making the room uncomfortable.
Elevator: One of the elevators was out of service, causing delays and inconvenience.
These issues collectively made my stay very unpleasant and did not meet the standards expected from your hotel.
