It was the attentive staff, property facilities incl.amenities for disabled guests (= awareness & inclusivity) & cleaniness that really stood out for me. Would definitely recommend! Bonus: really close to the quay for a short walk or simply relaxing by the river.
I would stay here again. The rooms are extremely small (even by London standards). There is no place to place your luggage other than the floor. The hotel does not allow luggage racks. If you want to check in early, you are charged 10£ an hour( (no other hotel does this) The hotel appears to “Nicole and dime” the customer.
we had a wonderful stay at tribe. we were treated so kindly, staff was so engaging and helpful. really made it a great vacation. shout out to fernando and mehedi who went above and beyond!!! highly recommend!!!
It was a nice stay but be mindful when you book as the pictures corresponding to the room advertised is not what you get. We went for a special occasion and were very disappointed to see a construction site from the window when the picture online showed a totally different view from the room. We had to pay extra to upgrade and the room we got had uninterrupted views across the Thames river which was nice, but that should not happen at all.
All Fault of Hotel.Com I would have never booked this hotel. As the photographer shown by hotel.com is of city view of hotel.I was given the corridor view. I am not happy with that . This was explained by hotel staff.
So please make your booking properly checked.
Room was very small (which was known up front). Glasses were not exchanged each day but hanging towels were. Biggest issue was not being able to use the HDMI port on the TV for our ROKU stick. Casting option works but is inconvenient compared to the HDMI option.
Front desk staff was always friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay at Tribe! I would recommend it to anyone visiting. Very clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to lots of restaurants, shops, cafes, post office, currency exchange, train stations, and lovely walking paths. Couldn’t ask for more.
Trendy hotel, chilled vibe and very welcoming staff. Location is perfect for restaurants, bars and the tube. We stayed here for its location to the O2 and it did not disappoint only a few stops on the tube. I travelled here with my 15yr old daughter and we felt very safe when heading back from a gig. Would definitely recommend.
