I recently had the pleasure of visiting London and staying at the Tribe Canary Wharf Hotel. My experience was truly enhanced by the exceptional level of customer service I received, particularly from Andreea, the hostess at the hotel’s restaurant, Feels Like June. From the moment I arrived, Andreea’s warm and attentive nature made me feel so welcome, which was especially appreciated after a long flight from the US. Not only did she ensure my dining experience was wonderful, but she also went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had with my room. Her professionalism and genuine care made all the difference, and it’s clear that she embodies the highest standards of customer service. I wanted to take a moment to recognize Andreea for her kindness and dedication. She is truly a gem, and her service made my stay unforgettable. Thank you, Andreea, for making my London experience so special!

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only problem was there was nowhere to put clothes except on hangers..no bedside table...it was all very compact

Stayed here for a show in the O2. Only one tube ride away. Hotel was great, clean, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t the best and was lukewarm, however it was only one night and was good value for money.

Great for solo travellers
The room is beautifully styled and functional. Love that they had a steamer for clothing available, it really is the little things! Unfortunately it gets quite loud in the early hours of the morning due to people moving about the corridors and the building works nearby. Overall a lovely hotel and I will definitely be back in the future!

This is a very modern hotel, rooms lovely and the staff were great. My only criticism was the breakfast was cold and it needs a better tea and coffee facility as I like very hot tea and coffee and there’s sits around in flasks

Great location for our trip to the O2 and fantastic selection of restaurants. However for the price paid (£189), the room was small even by London standards and did not include breakfast. Comfortable bed but ceiling looked like it was unfinished. There was a kettle but only 1 reg. coffee & 1 decaf coffee bag for the room. Would definitely go back to stay in Canary Wharf but not at The Tribe.

Lovely location near Canary Wharf Underground stop. Room was on the small side, but it was very clean. The bed and bedding were comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
