Great service, great location.
The rooms are currently being updated and unfortunately ours had a couple of minors issues, which the staff dealt with promptly and efficiently. The staff were great. So much so we booked again for future stays. Location is great.

The staff are great. The hotel is a little tired but going through renovations and will be great once completed. This is definitely going to be our new go to place when visiting London.
