It was during the Olympics and they placed nice tents along with outdoor seating to view the games on large screen TVs- very fun and nice atmosphere

Great stay at this lovely historical hotel in a quiet part of Victoria. The room was very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable (the mattress was firm, as I like it). It was quiet at nighttime and the breakfast good quality and delicious (I paid at reception the evening before for a better rate). Will definitely return!

We stayed at The Wellington Hotel as we were doing wine tasting with The Wine Cottage. Hotel is lovely in a great location but we definitely felt as though we had been shoved out of the way. Our room was on the 5th floor, but to get there we had to go down a corridor, down stairs, along a corridor, up stairs, along a corridor, down stairs, up a lift that only went to the 4th floor, up more stairs to get to the 5th floor and then alone a variety of corridors. A mission to get to and from your room, especially for someone with arthritis and worse with a suitcase. The room itself was small and very hot and the bathroom was very musty/mouldy due to a lack of ventilation. Did not use any facilities so cannot comment on food or drink etc. Huge £150 reserve on card too despite not using any facilities or having any charges.

From the time you arrive to the well kept grounds, and the welcoming staff, you know you have made a good decesion staying at the Wellington. With exceptional staff like Karuna at the front desk, and the cleanliness from Dorita in the lobby this is a great place to stay while in London.

Amazing stay, will definitely return!
Stayed here for 2 nights. The room was lovely and very clean. A nespresso coffee machine, fridge - with a freezer draw, and slippers in the room were nice additions. The bathroom had a shower and bath, and was spacious! The staff were wonderful and knowledgeable, they couldn’t do enough. The location is great and only a short walk to Victoria, the building itself has great features, which was unique. Will definitely be retuning!

It was better than expected. Running approximately £200 cheaper than surrounding hotels I was convinced this was going to be terrible however I was greated by an amazing hotel which has conference facilities! Great all round hotell with a premium feel but a lower than expected cost
