Spent ages trying to figure out how to turn off the lights. Eventually my partner went down to ask reception and they told us to turn them off using the fuse box. Room was fairly dusty but clean overall.

Great location and very comfortable
Easy check in, no nonsense hotel with eco friendly initiatives and comfortable room. It is small but that’s all we needed - a safe place to stay whilst busy with activities in London. Also the kitchenette was useful and made it very possible to have cheap meals if needed!

First trip to London
Yotel is amazing! It’s near the train, shops and restaurants. Has an excellent neighborhood vibe away from the tourist location and allows you to break away after a long day of being a tourist. My next trip to London I will surely be booked at Yotel London Stratford!

Usually very good hotel. This stay had a noise from a water pump in a cupboard next to room making loud noise and kept me awake all night. Reception staff was clueless and told me if I wanted to move rooms I had to completely check out of my current room at 3.30am if I wanted to move to a room where I could get some sleep. Not helpful at all.

Perfect stay
The hotel was great. The room was immaculate, really clean. Nice big comfy bed, clean linens, enough pillows for two. We had a nice view with our room. The room had a fridge, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, safe, sink, microwave (I believe it was a microwave oven), cutlery, glasses and crockery. It really had everything you could need. The hotel also gave us some beer and wine in the room as we were celebrating our anniversary. This was a really thoughtful and lovely gesture. Check in was easy, enter your details on the tablet and take a key and scan it. This was the same with checkout. There were members of staff at the front desk to help should you need it. The reception staff were really welcoming and friendly. Nice location for Westfield/Stratford centre and the underground. We had some issues with the wifi, I’m sure this was just a technical glitch. We didn’t bother telling the hotel about it so it’s not a complaint, I’m sure they would’ve been able to resolve it if we did inform them. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again
