Great hotel - research area before you go
Hotel really good. Smallish but very well designed rooms with kitchenette, iron and good quality tv Only slight downside is the location right on Stratford high street which certainly could be a little intimidating especially in the evenings

The bathroom has glass walls!! My partner and I had to leave the room if one of us needed to use the toilet. The shower drain was blocked and kept flooding and although we were offered a new room, the problem was never fixed. No tea and extra coffee pods ( not environmentally friendly) were at an extra cost.

Great option
The room was really high quality with lots of amenities I hadn't been expecting, like a bed with a mechanism to raise and lower part of it, an ironing board, toaster, microwave, etc. I was very impressed with the room and will definitely look to stay in more Yotels. The staff were really helpful at check in and check out, though the process for those is possible as a self-service system which was great. I didn't completely love the location of the hotel, as I felt a bit intimidated walking through the area by myself late at night, but it was only a short walk to Stratford station so very convenient.

Clean, small room but well designed. Microwave. Toaster. Nespresso coffee machine. Iron. Ironing Board. Noisy outside until just after midnight. No privacy when in bathroom. Good for a short stay. Reasonably priced.

Beautifully designed rooms and very well maintained. Staff were very helpful as I had some issues maily woth technology! The bed is super comfortable. As a solo woman traveller I wasn't so keen on the area after dark but that would be my only negative.

Too high tech
The hotel is too high tech. No instructions in rooms or phone. Apparently phone is via TV which I could not get switched on. Room boiling I could not work air con,no instructions. Couldn’t work coffee machine. Staff very friendly but it need a phone in the room and go back to simple things or good instructions. Lights either all on or off could not switch bathroom on without the others. Again it may have been user error but no instructions or phone to call for help/guidance.

This was a great place to stay, easy to find, check in was flawless the room was a premium studio pad so very clean tidy and everything was functional. The bed was amazing and we really cannot fault this place we will most definitely be back.

Newly-built hotel with nice room amenities, including coffee pods, nice lighting and comfortable beds. It's really quiet, which made for a good night's sleep. It's far from central London, but quite close to the tube, bus station and Stratford international. It was a great fit for me as I'm constantly traveling to Stratford for work. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this, especially for work trips.
