Guess where smoking a lot right in front of the hotel as you walked in not only cigarettes. Management should address this more. Not something I enjoyed walking through when going into the hotel. Happened multiple times.

Front desk staff were very helpful and professional, room was clean, and parking was plentiful. Breakfast was basic, but still better than most continental breakfasts. Jacuzzi was small, but still nice. Only real complaint is that the pool was very cold considering it was advertised as a heated indoor pool. Overall nice place to stay though!

This is a good property for staying near Concord NH. The room was very clean, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. The wi-fi was good. I did not use the television as I had a laptop for internet access. The free breakfast was good: eggs, waffle iron, juices (apple, orange, cranberry), breads/bagels, tea and of course coffee. I would recommend staying here for short (3 nights or fewer) stays.

The beds wasn’t very comfortable but we have slept on worse. We had a difficult time getting enough clean towels for our stay because you had to bring the used ones to trade in for new ones. Seemed a little inconvenient and RIDICULOUS.
