Make the most of the outdoors with morning coffee on the covered front porch and afternoon cookouts using the gas grill on the covered back deck. The yard is also fenced for safe all-day play. There is a security camera that covers the parking area for the safety of our guests.
The bright, single-level interior comes well-appointed with stylish design and updated furnishings throughout. Plan at-home meals easily in the stainless steel full kitchen and dine together at the table set for six. The living area sets the stage for casual downtime with a cozy gas fireplace, plush seating, a smart TV, and a collection of board games for added family fun. The bedrooms also come equipped with a smart TV for guest convenience.
Home essentials include thermostat-controlled space heaters in each room, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.
THINGS TO KNOW
EV charger is located on the front porch on the northeast corner. Please bring your own charging cord. (240 volt, 50 amp, straight)
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a camera mounted on the corner of the west side of the porch facing the front door and front parking area. there is a camera on the west side of the house facing north to cover the driveway and parking area on the side of the house

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
