Amazing stay! Fantastic family vacation spot!
This property was everything we were looking for. Tons of sleeping space, comfortable pool, game room, lots of seating areas and a large dining area that was able to accommodate our large family. The house was super clean and well maintained, hotel-vibes. Choose this place if you want a large space that can easily entertain your group and give you a great time!

Beautiful fully stocked house
Overall, our stay was amazing!! The house was very modern and clean!! We had 14 friends/family and there was more than enough bedrooms/beds for all of us. All the bathrooms were updated and clean! The best part about the whole stay was the indoor pool!! The location was nice too, we were able to see deer feeding on the front lawn and also had a bear stop by!! The kids were so amazed they got to see one!! Their favorite place in the house was the day bed by the windows!!! Kitchen had everything you needed to cook at home, which we did almost everyday. Just need to bring your own ingredients!

Unfortunate summer vacation
I would like to start off with the good . House is in great location and close to everything! Our stay was for 7 days . When we arrived the house was clean however the garbage cans were filled with garbage from previous stay which made it very uncomfortable to keep the garbage inside the home. The owner reached out to me to ask if the exterminator can come and do a quick routine walk through. We didn’t mind!! However when the exterminator came he stated the reason he is there is due to mice activity in the house and placed mouse traps !!!!! Now this wasn’t pleasant at all at $1000 per night!!! The owner could not confirm the mice activity so we had to sleep with one eye open!! On night 3 I sat down on my 13 year old sons bed to kiss him good night and the bed snapped with a sharp Woden piece almost in my sons back!!! Let me just state that I am a 5 foot , 130 lbs woman and my son is a skinny guy so this has nothing to do with weight limits!!!! Thank god I was on his bed and was able to move him before that wooden sharp piece almost went thru his back… now my husband and his friend wanted to fix the bed and when they raised the mattress noticed that most screws from the bed were missing . We reached out to owner and he did nothing about it so me and my husband slept on the floor … on the day of check out cleaning people threw us out half our before check out time! Owner did not want to work with us after check out. Please be aware and rent carefully!!!

Excellent house!
We had a great time. Probably the cleanest house we've rented in a long time. No real problems, host was very responsive. Great area to visit and easy to get around. The kitchen was a bit under-supplied, but not a big deal.

We had a great stay. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms! The kitchen was not well supplied for cooking for a big group (big griddle and spatula would be helpful). Also to have someone come at 9:30 and park in the driveway waiting for us to leave by 10 was a bit obnoxious.

Great place!
This property is a great place to stay for a Poconos getaway. The house was clean and exactly what we needed. The indoor pool is maintained very well. The communication with the owner was excellent, he responded immediately and provided all required information immediately. I would highly recommend staying here!

The home was gorgeous. Very clean. Beds were great. Pool was fantastic. The only changes I would recommend is, putting a chest drawers in each bedroom. Maybe a new sectional that is higher in the back and does not come apart. The living room is big enough for a sectional and a couple of chairs. Other than that it was wonderful. The dining table was perfect for all 11 of us. Thanks

Wonderful and Fun Time with Family
Very nice large house. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to give everyone privacy. Family room and open dining/ kitchen is perfect for extended family. Pool is unbelievably great along with fantastic game room. Very short distance to Camelback water parks and ski resort. Great restaurants for eat in or take out are near by. The host is very responsive to questions or issues you may have.

Family and friends getaway
We stayed at the property for an extended weekend with two other families. It's a great space for a large group! Everyone had a great time. There was plenty of space and the kids were kept busy with the pool and the game room. We had a few minor issues during our stay (e.g., the refrigerator breaker jumped) but Kevin was always responsive and helpful. The location of the house is also very convenient to many of the attractions in the area.

Ice water plunge
The house was nicely decorated and overall clean. We only had 2 complaints. Hair from previous guest was in the master bathroom shower and 1 of the beds on the 1st floor had stained sheets. It is a big house and was probably missed by the cleaners, but was overall clean. When we arrived there was a broken window in the living room of the 1st floor. It was tape and sealed good we didn’t get much draft from it. I’m sure the owner was aware but I sent a text message to the owner anyway. We noticed a water leak in the game room. I sent the owner a message but got no response so we just put towels on the floor to stop the leaking water from spoiling our fun. We proceeded to get in the pool but the water was ice cold. I called and texted the owner for advice and got no response. The owner did respond the second night and said he would send someone but nobody came. The 3rd day into our stay he sent one of the cleaners to try to help with the leak and ice cold pool. We were told the pool needed more water and was asked if we would remove the hose after two hours of filling although I was annoyed by this major inconvenience I agreed to remove the hose. I just wanted the heated pool that was advertised. After 2 hours of filling the pool the water was even colder and the water was still leaking from the heating unit. I booked this property for the heated pool in November. However the heater for the pool was busted and we never got to enjoy it.
