"Hotel was clean, nice and spacious. Staff was friendly and gave me a wake up call/call down to the shuttle They provide a free shuttle, make sure you're on time or else it costs extra. A note For new travelers at Brussels Airport, the check in counter does not open until 2 hours before the flight, and you will not even know which counter it is, until posted on a bulletin board. No need to go there extra early like I did, to sit around really early in the morning with limited food options. You will then have to get in line for security and *rush* to your gate. Eat before if you can. "

"Needed somewhere to stay overnight in order to catch an early flight and as this hotel provides a shuttle service, decided to give it a go. Overall it was comfortable, with all the facilities I needed. The area has a few large super markets within 5 minute walk and some local restaurants, so that was handy. The only negatives were parking (as a friends dropped us off and there is no dropoff area or parking) plus there is a bit of street noise but nothing terrible."
