We had no hot water! We tried for 2 hours and it would not heat. The property was clean and the temps were great. Not being able to shower was not good. It showed that some of the staff was not happy about working Thanksgiving. Check in showed it all.

Night staff was nice, but overwhelmed anytime we were at the front desk. We were unable to get any help we needed from them when up front. We had to call down to the front desk and make a complaint due to excessive noise, kids yelling/ playing and running in the hall, slamming doors, etc late at night. The shower had no hot water and was miserable. We checked out early due to getting little sleep, and not being able to get ready without issues.

It was okay.
The hotel was clean and nice. We had a king room, but only one chair, so that was no fun that one had sit on the bed. The bed we had was not comfortable. You could feel the springs and moved side to side. The shower was good and good pressure. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. The person at the desk when we checked in was not the friendliest, but the one in the morning was nice.

Excellent service and clean rooms! Breakfast was great with basic eggs, bacon, oatmeal,…etc. My only, and I mean only, complaint is it’s kinda difficult to get too, on one side you have to go through the Sam’s Club parking lot, and the other side, the drive way is quiet a bit before the hotel. We followed GPS but still just ended up having to go around a time or 2. With that being said, it’s not the hotels fault, it’s just the location of the highway and streets. Great stay!!!
