A well located comfortable property. Close to shops & bus transfer to airport. I just didn’t like being in the annexe building. They did help me with my luggage when asked.

Bad staff nice room
Not the best hotel staff. Rude and not welcoming at reception . I would not recommend the hotel because of the staff and strifked check in policy and the fact you have to remove shoes to even check into the hotel, the rooms are nice and so is breakfast and it’s a good location but the reception staff are not good

We loved this hotel. The room was a great size and convenient to everything in town. The breakfast each morning was excellent. The only downside was we stayed during polar day and there were black out curtains on the big window only. The small window near the head of the bed let in quite a bit of light which made it harder to sleep.

There isn't one thing about the property that I can complain about. It was amazing! Loved having tea and coffee available anytime. Staff even helped me return a ring I left behind. They are amazing! Stay here! It is worth the money!

A basic hotel room with separate bathroom. No fridge which is typical in Scandinavia. I say it is a basic 3 star hotel with excellent staff. The restaurant Polfareren has some amazing dishes. Make sure you try the snow crab bisque it is truly amazing and delicious.

Perfect Base in Svalbard!
A perfect hotel! Located in the middle of the town, everything is nearby and walking distance. Hotel is very warm and cost, staff are incredible and very welcoming. Room is a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast is perfect with a lot of options. Could not find any fault. All around a perfect hotel!
