The beautiful holiday home is located in the well-known holiday and bathing resort of "Lopar" on the sunny Adriatic island of "Rab". Lopar is known for its diverse sandy beaches and hiking and cycling opportunities.

The house is relatively central in town, only 200m from the extensive, gently sloping Paradise Beach (sandy beach). The 3-storey holiday home offers 4 spacious apartments on the ground floor and 1st floor for 4-6 people. The owner family lives in the attic.

All apartments offer satellite TV, air conditioning, WiFi, their own balcony or terrace, some with sea views. The holiday home has a well-maintained courtyard and garden area of ​​approx. 500m² with barbecue facilities and appropriate seating. German, English, Italian and Croatian are spoken. There is also free parking for up to 8 cars directly at the house.

All apartments in the house have both a washing machine and a dishwasher. Unfortunately, out of consideration for other guests, pets are not allowed.

 The center of Lopar is about 100m away. Likewise, all interesting tourist facilities such as banks, restaurants, leisure facilities and of course the well-known 1.5 km long and up to 50m wide, slightly curved paradise beach (sandy beach). A special feature in Lopar is the free wireless Internet access in the town center, which all laptop owners can use without restriction.
