Accommodations were dated and mediocre at best. Bed was saggy and needed replacement. Room was also in a terrible location, as a ground floor room directly facing the outdoor dining area (almost always active with people) and therefore shades needed to be drawn at all times. Bedroom window also faced a shared space and shade had to be drawn at all times. Interior lighting was harsh, but had no other choice. Hotel location was excellent including very easy beach access, but that had nothing to do with the facilities.

We stayed at the property a number of years ago and enjoyed it so we returned. Disappointed that the property doesn’t seem to have been maintained since our last visit. Entrance to rooms were grubby, lift out of order. In saying that, staff were all lovely esp the Assistant manager who checked us in. All F& B staff were friendly and helpful. Great location but needs some TLC to keep up with what guests expect today.

I loved the Heritage Buildings. The modern apartments need updating. Shower over bath difficult, bedroom curtains didn’t close properly, furniture was uncomfortable. There should be more privacy on the upper terraces. Other apartments can see right in your lounge.

Check in was so slow,,,, got keys half an hour late..... the room was not clean properly .... carpet was extremely dirty .... when we lift the sofa to make it a bed , it was full of popcorn.... the floors were dirty. It was just an average hotel.
