Borgo Sorbatti is the country residence with swimming pool of the Sorbatti family since 1800, composed of 3 independent villas located at the entrance of the medieval village of Loro Piceno and is about 30km from both the Adriatic coast and the Sibillini mountains. Family atmosphere, perfect for families and groups of friends, we can accommodate up to 29 people! The villas available to guests are 2 in addition to a studio with disabled access. All facilities have free WI-FI, super-equipped kitchen, lounge and outdoor space where you can dine. Private parking.

Surrounded by a centuries-old park with private swimming pool, the Villa "Magazzini" offers 6 double rooms (some with possibility of 1 extra bed), all with private bathroom with shower: Sky, Air, Sunrise, Sunset, Sun, Earth. This property can accommodate up to 14 people.
The rooms: Sky, Air, Sunrise and Sunset, are upstairs with access only by a large staircase, divided between them by a long living room with wooden beamed ceiling, where you can stop to read or write, watch TV or feel of music. The rooms: Sun and Earth, are on the ground floor with an independent entrance.
On the ground floor there are also the industrial kitchen where for those who want to can enjoy preparing delicious dinners, or on request we can organize our guests "typical Italian" dinners; there is a large dining room with a fireplace, and a living room furnished with comfortable sofas.
The "Magazzini" are surrounded by a large garden equipped for guests' relaxation with a hammock and tables for breakfast and outdoor dinners. The swimming pool, for the exclusive use of the guests of Borgo Sorbatti, has a comfortable large staircase to access, a part is reserved for children, in another part you can enjoy a pleasant whirlpool and is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, for a total relaxation. Also in the garden there is also a barbecue where you can cook grilled meat and fish. For our younger guests there is a swing with lots of lawn around where to play freely.
