The house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit that has been tastefully remodeled and it has Air Conditioners in each room for your comfort.

Lemongrass House Algarrobos is ideal for families or couples traveling together. When entering the unit from the front you enter into the living room that is open to the dining room, there is a comfy sofa, with a 42" flat screen TV with internet connection.

The dining area seats 4 and is next to the kitchen which features new appliances, including a new refrigerator and 4 burner gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, custom cabinets and granite counter tops.

The kitchen, dining, living room, bedrooms and bathroom all have ceilings fans and there are tile floors throughout the unit. Easy access to the backyard, and laundry area is just out the back door which is located in the kitchen. Private parking space in front of the house makes getting your groceries inside a piece of cake.
