Clean and Cute
We choose to stay here for our first trip to Universal Studios. We are a family of five. It was definitely a tight fit as I didn’t realize the two small beds are Jr. twins. The futon/couches were ok, but no real bedding was available. This was challenging as it was also very cold and with only one small space heater for the whole apartment and the two extra comforters needed for the futon bed. Nonetheless we did fine thanks to many throw blankets. I had hoped we’d be closer to the Studios, but it was about a 15 min drive. We also got a parking ticket as there was no neighborhood permit available. For the price, it was great, but will not likely stay again.

Location in listing different than actual location
The actual location is about 20-30 mins away from the location they steer you towards in the listing. Extremely misleading. From the LA area, and realized instantly the rental is in a bad part of town, and it is not a 1 mile walk to the walk of fame. Renters BEWARE! This is the one and only time I have left a bad review for a place. We normally have great experiences on VRBO. VRBO was able to see what happened and refund us the money and cancel our reservation before our trip (which was stressful the night before traveling).

Cozy with great location
If you are looking for a cozy spot near Hollywood Blvd this is the place. Super comfy beds, linens, and toiletries. Pinks hotdogs right around the corner, starbucks, shopping. Parking is right out the front door. Neighborhood is quiet! Host responds quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay
We came for my nieces birthday weekend after a soccer tournament to Carlsbad. Great location. The only issue we had was there was a French man living in the complex who was arguing with someone on the phone very aggressively and it scared my niece and nephew to the point that we waited in the car until he was at a safe distance aside from that, it’s very convenient to everything
