The property was just ok. It was clean the bed was not comfortable at all. When you check out they have to go inspect the room. I had a towel and wash cloth that had red on it from Halloween makeup. They charged me For the towel and rag. I said it was a hotel and You be able to use them. They told me I should have brought my own towels. The actual hotel felt safe. I loved the fact that you had to use a key for the elevator. It kept people from just wondering around.

Hotel was good, staff was friendly. Pool was a perfect 86F. We did need to take down & pick up our own towels, toilet paper, etc. and was a little frustrated when we were told that they would have coffee on until 10:00am and showed up at 9:40 and there was no coffee in the urn and I turned & told the person at the desk and she just just shrugged & kept on what she was doing. Starbucks is in the parking lot. It is probably the only coffee you can get.

Because life happens, we ended up staying for two weeks. Staff was courteous and helpful with us extending. They also did everything they could to resolve a noise complaint. The Property could use some maintenance. There was about a 3/8 inch gap at the base and along one side of our door which allowed for a lot of dust to end of the room. Housekeeping only happens every four days so it got a little dirty in the room. Parking can be a bit tricky for oversize vehicles. Most spaces are small and the larger ones always get filled by people with small cars. Overall, it was a good experience and good price value.

It was a very pleasant surprise for the price! The spacious suite had an extra bed, microwave, minifridge, iron, and ironing board. I will definitely stay here on my next trip through the LA area!

The property was in a convenient location close to restaurants and shopping. The property allowed us to check in early which was nice after a long early flight. My only complaint was the noise during the early hours with people outside talking loudly or hearing loud housekeeping carts early. Walls were thin and you could conversations.
