We are offering a highly upgraded Bottom floor of a Duplex located in a prime Belmont Shore location. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities that one would expect from a 5 star rental. 4 flat screen TV's with Netflix. Double pane Windows for light sleepers. Forced air and heating, Sleeps 6 adults or Four Adults and 3 Children. Beach chairs and beach umbrella provided. High Chair and pack and play available upon request. Walk to 2nd Street, where you will find great dining and shopping at boutique shops and restaurants. Enjoy staying in with a gated front 6patio featuring a Gas BBQ and Table with chairs to enjoy your meals.

The Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this VRBO! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property was meticulously cared for. Being steps away from the beach was a dream come true, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. Nice amenities for family of all ages. Well stocked kitchen. Location near small park, ocean and bay beaches allowed endless entertainment for the little ones, even in cool weather. Steve was very responsive to our questions.

We were in the area to attend a conference and this place was perfect. It had everything we needed, plus sunsets over the water! comfortable beds, easy walk to 2nd street for food/shopping, laundry, parking, nice outdoor space -- highly recommended!

Perfect location, beautiful home

I loved everything about Steve's place! Plush towels, bottled water in the fridge, kcups alredy provided, spices in the cabinet, all the pots/pans you could ever need - and a DRIVEWAY parking space!! The beds were comfy. The wifi was strong. The water was hot. I mean, this place had everything I could want. And the VIEW of the ocean is phenom. Loved it - I will definitely stay there again!

Wonderful spot!

This is a beautiful accommodation right across the street from the beach which has a long paved path for biking, running or walking. Ample coffee supplies, bottled water in frig, fresh flowers for our arrival, beach towels and chairs. We had a great stay! Thanks Steve!

Lovely little getaway in Alamitos Bay

Steve and Cheryl were great hosts and were there at check-in time to make sure everything was ready to go and even swept the porch themselves. The house was in the perfect location, especially with kids. It was a quick walk to the beach so it was easy to walk back and forth for beach gear and snacks. Neighbors were all friendly and the area felt very safe. Restaurants along 2nd Street were also walkable. We would definitely come back for another family trip!

wonderful Belmont Shore fest

We had the most lovely time in Belmont Shore and in this condo. The home was clean and comfortable, we all slept great in comfortable beds, and had unbelievably easy access to the beach, the bay, and walking to 2nd street. Morning coffee on the patio was exactly what we hoped for. Thank you.

I highly recommend this property to others. Especially if you have dogs . this week is a special week for my family. Steve was top-notch host and so sweet. He even dropped by to check in in person to make sure everything was going OK.
