The room was always very clean, staff was friendly but the parking wasn’t great. If you’re late in getting back, you might block someone in or you might wake up to being blocked in. Parking was the only downfall.

Not the best area of town. However, there is covered parking with security cameras. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked and food was fresh. Good way to start the day.

Very friendly staff, convenient location to stores and airport. Hotel was 85 degrees inside the entire time, a little too hot for me. Thank god for air conditioning in the room. I would stay here again.

This hotel was perfect for the one night we stayed after going to horror night at Universal Studios. The room was clean and the staff were very nice. They have a small workout room, hot breakfast and parking garage. It was about a 20 minute drive/uber ride to Universal Studios.

Unbearably noisy. Located at a traffic light, with paper thin windows. AC rumble is so loud I couldn't hear the road noise. Couldn't sleep either. Room door had open gaps in the corner, toilet was clogged, corridor carpet was filthy. What are reviews rating it excellent. I should never have gone there.

The service at this location was great. We were welcomed with great kindness and constantly greeted. Check-in and check-out were both easy. The cleanliness was acceptable but it could definitely be cleaner. Shower head had a lot of build up and did not drain well. The complimentary toiletries were a miss, the bar soap had black stuff on it. Found a little friend in the bathroom, thankfully dead but none the less. Bed was okay, top comforter was very pilled and we did find a dead spider smashed into the main sheet. AC was blessing but you could tell the smell that looms in the room is probably from it’s use over time. Microwave and mini fridge were super clean and fridge actually made/kept stuff cold. Not too bad in a pinch. Would not mind it if the price point wasn’t comparable to other, big name, hotels in the area. But it was just about the same price and I wish i did the research beforehand.

Best Western was good! Staff was nice and the hotel rooms were clean! The breakfast was good. The area around can be a bit sketchy, but the Inn itself is good!

Good hotel for my purposes as I was here for a wedding in the valley. Price was good and it wasnt a bad drive to the places I needed to be. Also not a bterribke dustance from some of the touristy things i had a chance to check out..
