I had a truly wonderful stay! Felt welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. The room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean. It is busy at the moment due to the property trying their best trying to help out the Fire Evacuees. The breakfast was very good, having a cook on site. Property is a little bit outdated but the staff is wonderful so it makes up for it. Michelle was great help, felt accommodated and she made sure our stay was good. Overall, the experience was flawless, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommend! We will be back

Has gone downhill.

Have been staying here once or twice each year for about 15+ years. Not the same attention to detail it used to have. Stayed for 6 days this time and even though they advertise "no pets" there were dogs barking every evening in an adjacent room. The business office didn't have a computer this time. What kind of "business office" doesn't have a computer for their guests? The area around the pools appeared completely neglected, and there were usually no pool towels available. It was very dirty, with the same used bandages laying around the hot tub the entire 6 days we were there. By the fourth day the water in the hot tub was so murky we didn't use it. The bright spots were the breakfast offering and the reception clerk named Erik. He was the only one who made an effort to deal with our concerns. It was a waste of time talking to the lady with glasses in the morning.

Nice stay

Our stay was nice. Workers were nice and helpful. Location was close to gas station and lots of food places. There was a spa and pool. Lots of parking. They have breakfast. We didn’t get a chance to get some. They charge $20 for extra guests not listed.

Power wasn’t working when we arrived and they were unable to help due to being full. Next morning the power went on, but half the outlets did not work. The heat/air did not work either. The room next door had two aggressive dogs that barked all night and lunged at people when they saw them. Overall the room was less than adequate. Not dirty, not clean. Just mid. The room itself is outdated and worn and needs a lot of help. The front desk did their best with what they had to work with. This is our second stay here and it will be our last.

I was not happy about the connections for our phone. There were 5 connections for our phone and none of them worked. We had to use an outlet by the microwave. I would have liked to use the connection by the bed so I can use my phone while watching TV

Although it wasn't the season to use the pool, the courtyard and gardens are lovely. The made-to-order hot breakfast is always a highlight of our stay in San Dimas.

I loved the familiarity of a comfortable home away from home considering it was a hotel room. Family together or without have enjoyed their included made-to-order simple Breakfasts, privacy when wanted and courteous staff. Sometimes the stairs to the second floor becomes easy exercise but with baggage I hope soon patrons will have access to a simple elevator.

I loved the free breakfast and ability to order my custom omelet. Very nice staff. The furniture looked a bit worn in the room but the room was clean and bedding clean.
