Room had an odor to it same for the hall way leading up to the room. Bathroom was not pleasant. Shower drain was disgusting. Bed had hair from previous guess on it. The continental breakfast wasn’t the best overall the only good part of this hotel is the price in the future will not be staying again here.

I booked a 2 bed 1 sofa bed room for my family to spend the night. This place had their elevator break down and offered no accommodation for my handicap mom other than downsizing us to a 1 bed 1 sofa bed on the first floor. The overall hotel was a good but the management/employees gave poor customer service. Offered no solution even after explaining multiple ways and requesting they hear us out. Ended up staying here only because we had to. I had to help my mom inch her way up the stairs which was painful for her. Hotel good, customer service bad.

There are better places to stay
Arrived near midnight and was told the elevator was broken; it remained that way throughout our stay. We were given a third floor room - nothing else available. The bathroom was not clean. The positives: clean sheets and towels, good breakfast. Some kind of notice about the elevator should have been given. I was by myself and had a very sick individual with me, so the stairs were really a difficulty especially because I had to make several trips to carry up our belongings. Not a great situation.

The service was outstanding by front desk and cleaning. The reason I gave 3/5 stars overall is because for what you pay, you’re expecting more of a newer hotel or an upgraded hotel, it’s a bit on the raunchy side as far as rooms are dated (bathroom fixtures old) furniture and linen need an upgrade. Carpets are old, they try to clean it but you can still smell faint smoke. Other than that, very kid friendly, free breakfast was excellent and the location is unbeatable, especially if you’re plans are to visit Magic Mountain.
