Terrible customer service. Rude employees. I was told that I couldn’t have a microwave because I wasn’t in a king sized room. The power and elevators shut down will I was in a Zoom meeting for work. The refrigerator in my room stop working in the middle of the night and all of my groceries went bad. The air conditioning went out while I was in my Zoom meeting. The hallway walls were filthy. When I complained to the person at the front desk she was extremely rude. I asked why did I pay so much to stay there if all the amenities weren’t available. She said that I paid for my accommodations and the privilege to stay in the Sherman Oaks neighborhood. Which I found very offensive, seeing as how I live in Sherman Oaks already. I was staying because my apartment was being renovated. I am a black woman and she appeared to be Latina.

Wow, this is a great hotel!
This was one of the best hotels we have ever experienced. The check in and out was efficient, the room was so comfortable and clean. The food and coffee was outstanding. And the staff was all friendly and helpful. WOW!
