Property convenient to the cruise terminal, but unfortunatly we could not sleep due to the very loud noise of the AC unit, including those in the adjacent rooms, totally unacceptable at these prices. It would have been nice to start our cruise vacation after a good night sleep

Hotel in good position for the criuse terminal, hotel ok in the public areas, but our room was very dated, furniture old and worn with rips in the soft furniture, chairs etc.. safe did not work and no cups in room.

I’ve stayed at several Crowne Hotels. This hotel wasn’t the same. The chair in the room was shredding. There were linen carts in the hallway. The staff was exceptional. The area and environment was great. The quality of the room kind of set back my opinion on the room.

This hotel is totally outdated. Will not stay there again. Rooms were dirty. Hair in bathroom from occupants before. The hallways slope in the middle. The carpet is well very old. You can see the spaces underneath the door. Very insecure.

Great location and comfy beds
My stay was calm and uneventful. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that I'd like to mention was the mini-fridge make a squeeling noise. Once i turned on my sound machine to sleep, I couldn't hear it anymore. But if I didn't have the sound machine, the noise would have probably kept me awake. Otherwise, great stay! Gorgeous view of the harbor and perfect location for restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay there again.

I thought the service was fine. In my room a few of the lamps didn’t work, so I made do with the one lamp that did. It’s a fairly old resort, so it’s not really glamorous in any way. I enjoyed the television in the room, which had the Bravo station. The price is expensive, particularly when you consider how bland the hotel is.

Hotel is mainly for cruisers don’t try checking in before 5:00, we arrived at 2:30 with a lobby full of people waiting lines were crazy long with only 2-3 people checking in and no signage or anyone directing people. We signed in but no room available left to get a bite to eat then back to another 45 minute wait line at 4:30
