The room was EXTREMELY dirty, and it was nearly impossible to get someone at the front desk to check us out. We knocked hard and finally someone came from the back, because they were SLEEPING! Honestly not a great experience, we couldn’t even get clean towels. The floor was filthy.

When we arrived, the staff was "away from the desk" and clearly under the influence of something when they came back. The room lock was half hanging off the door, the bedding was dirty, and the floor was dirty and sticky.

Why in the hell would you allow this place on your site?The pics do not represent the area, clientele, safety issues, or anything about how bad the part of town this is in. We lost over $300 and couldn’t even walk in the front door. No refunds?!?!
