The rooms were very, very clean and comfortable. The lobby, hallways, the elevator and even the stairways were very, very clean. The bed was comfortable. I slept well every night I stayed. The front desk associates were very friendly, answered questions and made us feel welcome. The parking was safe, convenient and affordable, $10 a night. I have no complaints about this "gem" in Santa Monica and I'll stay there again.

The adoption of Wyndham guidelines for breakfast is curious. Most minimal "meal" I've ever received at a hotel. Minimal nutritional value. Most likely due to effects of covid but we're past all that and all other hotels that provide breakfast have gone back to normal. I suggest that Wymdam do the same.

Overall stay was good. Convenient and quiet location. The property is clean and comfortable. Convenient parking. Most of all staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast needs to be upgraded. Yes I will stay here again and recommend this place.

Missed the mark for me
I wasn't expecting a lot since I wasn't paying a lot, but got less than I expected. The front staff was friendly, but that was where the good things ended. A summary of the things that made this stay not so great. - No bathroom in the lobby. Better hope they can check you in fast if you need to go. - The building looks rundown. - AC in the room wouldn't run consistently and blew out air smelling of mildew. - The TV had a low quality grain picture and had a backlight issue where it looked like there were headlights pointing at you. - It looks like no money has been spent on upkeep for the past 20 years.

My husband and I had great experience staying at this hotel on Santa Monica Blvd. it’s pink and cute. The balcony and sun deck are a big plus. Free breakfast. $10 per day parking is reasonable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
