Lack of towels
Lack of towels, had to go 3 times to reception and they had none. Finally got some towels and had shower, then desk clerk threatened to charge extra on card if we did not checkout within 20mins. yet he refused to understand that delay was due to shortage of towel on their part.

Staff were nice and helpful. When we arrived, our floors were dirty but they took care of it the next morning. We stayed for four days. It was good enough to stay with my kids and affordable. The breakfast was good.. especially the coffee :) the room was spacious. Only complaint is floors and chairs in room should be wiped down more frequently. They have security guards walking around at night. :) if you’re high maintenance, this probably wouldn’t be for you.

Staff were so kind! I was grateful they checked my reservation before I arrived. They said the Expedia reservations don't automatically show up in their system. They have to manually check then reserve the room. I lucked out that the room reserved through Expedia was still available. I didn't like how dark the hotel and parking grounds were. Then the sliding door of my 1st floor room wasn't locked. I'm glad I thought to check it! The room was a little dated but clean.

Upgrades needed!
The service desk was great… they made it easy to get into my room. Great!!! Now the over all conditions of the property was interesting to say the least. I believe they’re are upgrading all of the rooms. It’s an older building and it’s in a shopping center, but that was ok. It was convenient and it’s right by the freeway. For the most part it’s just a room. It just need some upgrades and it will be fine.
