wful. There was no shower gel and no floor mat. The tub drain was clogged I showered without soap then told the front desk on my way out. They said they will take care of it. They did not and I didn't check until I went in to take a shower. I put on my clothes, I went to the house keeper on the floor and she told me to contact front desk. I went downstairs and they made me wait while getting it. I left without soap after waiting 10 minutes. I received a text from them asking how is my stay, I told them I wasn't happy, they asked me when they could call me. I said anytime is fine, they never called. I got to the hotel at 2PM and asked if I could check in, they said the room wasn't ready but they would call me as soon as it is. They never called.

It smelled clean and the beds were very comfy. I would just suggest having smart tvs - no one watches cable anymore - and I could have connected the tv to my phone.

Besides parking everything was good. Parking was across the street and we can only park in level 1,6,or7 . We were here on vacation so coming back later.allcloser parking was taken.so we had to park up on level 7.The elevator was out of service so we had to go down stairway late with bags with a 3 year old.It was scary dark for us girls.
