Picked this location because Travelocity said they have a free airport shuttle. After booking, it no longer said there was a shuttle. Hotels website also said no shuttle. Paid $50 to Uber 1 mile from the airport. Upon check in found out there was a free shuttle.

Staff was supper friendly & understanding but the hotel itself was supper outdated & strong smell of cigarettes. I had to ask for a change of rooms because the cigarette smell was too much.

The customer service was absolutely horrible. Mot only was i not informed about a $350 hold when i called to verify my stay tje night prior, but the girl who checked me in was not nice and didnt care that i was given wrong information about from another staff member. When I called the day prior as well to verofy parking i was advised parking was $10 not $50 which is ridiculous given how it should have been included. When I got to my room the towels were still dirty and had makeup on them which I took pictures of. I check put today and im still waiting for the new twels to arrive that I keep asking for. This definitely was not the best experience.

This property is looking extremely rough, I was very surprised by its condition for a Sheraton branded property and its price. Peeling wallpaper in the rooms, dust caked into the vents, scratches on all the doors - I had to take allergy medication to sleep in my room. Wifi was unbelievably slow (2.7 mbps download and 1.2 upload when I ran a test). There was no cutlery in the room - not even a disposable spoon to stir sugar into your coffee. The shuttle was good - on time, easy to catch. The staff are lovely but unfortunately they’ve been given nothing to work with and no amount of good service can make up for the state of this property.

It's a little rundown. The area near LAX is mostly commercial. Didn't see a McDonald's or Burger King close by.

They charged me fifty fiver bucks parking fee several days later after I left , but I didn't have a car that night. I called them multiple times, no body pickup the call in the accounting department, and nobody return the call after I left message. Not sure how many people be charged the parking fee without knowing. Be aware!
