Constructed in 2018 this detached ADU guesthouse boasts a large backyard, complete with a basketball court, and a picturesque courtyard adorned with beautiful trees. Our cozy retreat is conveniently situated close to the Historic Deodar Trees, an esteemed monument declared by the City of Los Angeles.

Our guest house is located in a prime location, just a short walk away from the historic landmark 101 Deodar trees, where the classic movie E.T. was filmed. The guest house is also a short drive away from some of Los Angeles's most popular tourist attractions such as Universal Studios Hollywood, Six Flags Magic Mountain, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Malibu, and Santa Monica Beach.
