Hotel was wonderful, staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Hermosa Beach seaside community has some great bars with good food and live music - very enjoyable stay!

While the overall property was average, the fact that the elevator was down for "maintenance" was a reflection on the franchise owner who obviously let the elevator "run to fair" in lieu of actually performing routine maintenance. The elevator had obviously broken or failed to pass county inspection. Elevator maintenance does not keep an elevator down for days

The AC on the room is a little loud even at the lowest setting. One of the beds' springs make squeaky sound every time you move. Plenty of stores nearby and walking distance to the pier.

Spent the weekend with my boyfriend for his birthday. It was a wonderful experience, everything was at walking distance so we didn’t have to drive off far unless we wanted to see about different beaches. The morning breakfast is great with a variety for you to choose from. The nights are quiet and peaceful. If you get a king suite with an ocean view of the sunset is beautiful. Overall great experience, not sure about everyone else who has a bad one but I sure am coming back here.
