The hotel was great Expedia sucks!!!!!!! Didn't pay the property again Second time this company did this to me and i had to call and straighten things out taking away from spending time with my family and friends. We were not able to have an early check in even though our flight arrived at 5:00AM. So I had to rent a car which cost me an additional $200 plus a parking fee of $25. Our room was not ready at 4:30PM but they gave us a different room which was appreciated.

Good stay
We have stayed here twice now but stayed at homewood too. We like the bar and michael the bartender is wonderful. The rooms need to be cleaner. Our fridge froze the food,drinks no matter how low we set it so couldn’t drink or eat it the whole. Didn’t want to bother with it. Overall we like it. Love that it is pet friendly.

We had 3 rooms and There was hair in the "clean" bed of one room & bathroom of the second room. After alerting the staff they gave me the new bedding to remake the bed myself instead of house keeping doing it. The thermostat was broken in the 3rd room.

Booked the hotel for 2 nights. After checking into our room, we received a knock on the door from a Maintenance tech. We had to depart the room because he said he was still working. The next day we were on a tour for over 8 hours. We returned to find a dirty room, no toilet paper, and thrash can filled. This was totally unacceptable for the money spent. I would never recommend this hotel. Please readers be careful! Photos included!

The lobby and entire downstairs reception area had perfumed scent so strong that I couldn’t walk down there unless I held my nose. I have terrible allergies and it was horrible!!! I wouldn’t stay there again.
