We enjoyed the stay here and appreciated the on site 24 hour restaurant. The concierge was very helpful in assisting us with local plans and the hotel shuttle was very convenient and spacious. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and professional.

The hotel has a 24 hour bistro with pre packaged and hot food like pizza. The check in process was excellent and the room is clean. Enjoying the view of the runway just outside the window.

We loved the high quality of our stay. The room was so nice, very clean, quiet, accessible and comfortable. Everyone who is employed there was kind and super helpful and attentive to every need, above & beyond. The only minus for us was the price of parking. You’re already paying a lot for the room, the parking should not gouge you as well.

I was disgusted to fine NO water in my room and to add insult to injury NO Fridge either.Water costs them 5 centa a bottle but they deem that an unnecessary expense, wel then screw you LAX Hilton, there are loads of choices that DO care about their customers. After a long stressful day, the very least they could sonqould be to provide water. I'll never stay here again and I'm even a Hilton Honours memebee
