The staff was unfailingly helpful and cheerful. We especially appreciated that they could supply a shower chair for the roll-in shower. Their dedication showed when all the guest elevators broke down and they had to take guests to their floors using the service elevators. The first floor public spaces are modern and well appointed. Our room was spacious. The bathroom was functional but probably needs and upgrade. The TV signal kept freezing at random times. Bottom Line: We’ll be back.

They make me wait for four hours in the lobby waiting for my room even I booked king deluxe the highest room they have and didn’t even put the breakfast include and before I put they were saying that breakfast is included they lied about that for the staff, the one at the reception They were so rude inrespectful and unprofessional I was hoping the opposite

This specific property seemed to be very outdated for a Hilton. AC was barely working, shower head wasn’t fully on, half came out of the tub faucet. Water pressure was low. TV is dated and unable to actually connect to cell phone. Small pillows. Not a bad hotel but dated for being a Hilton.

Not worth for its price . Very old rooms , but clean . Also I got angry because I put a “privacy” sign on my door , so that housekeeper won’t go in , but she took it away and entered to my room . Receptionists didn’t even care when I told them !
