Staff was outstanding in being helpful. Hotel was very clean. Parking was expensive, but this is LA. We used the valet service and they were extremely responsive and always had our car ready when we came down. Great place to stay and we will stay there again.

our stay was amazing! Shuttle to Universal Studios and back was a big plus after walking all day a nice ride back to the Hilton was greatly appreciated. More hooks in the bathroom to hang swim suites, towels and cloths

It was a very nice stay, appreciated the convenience, everything was just as it should be no complaints, one thing that does concern me is that I checked out 4 days ago and still have not received any itemized statement of my bill.
