Stunning hotel. Very close to the Crypto.com arena. I only stayed one night for a concert so didn’t utilize the hotel amenities other than to get ready and to sleep. The front desk staff that help me was a bit rude. Listening to the other staff talk politely and detailed to the other customers made me feel like the staff that was helping me wasn’t as nice.

We were in town for a wedding, the staff customer service was amazing super pleased. The structure of the building is beautiful. However, the furniture in the rooms needs some updating it was a bit worn for the price of the rooms. The food inside the hotel is actually really good. Overall I would give the hotel 4 out of 5.

That staff here is 5 stars. Every person I interacted with was amazing. The food is also 5 stars. My room was clean but the furniture needs to be replaced. It is stained, broken, and looks like a wild animal chewed the ends of the bed. Also, the conditioner needs to be replaced.

The overall building was nice. However, the furniture in the room I was in was VERY well 'worn'. My recommendation is that someone with this singular job, be responsible for the condition of the furniture in every room in the hotel and a separate person or team responsible for the maintenance of the room itself. Every hotel should employ these people to ensure the quality of the rooms remain the same as the day the hotel opened. I have lived in my home for 9 years and my goal is that it always looks as new as the day I moved in...and it does (I recognize that I do not have guests every night banging up the furniture, walls, etc). However, if I had paying guests, I guarantee a good amount of that money would be allocated as I describe above. Overall, the stay was great and the staff was extremely professional and friendly.

Two things. One the hotel makes a lot of noises. Not like scary noises but more like plumbing noise. Squeaking noises. A lot of door slamming . Two some of the furniture looked like they had dogs in there chewing on it

Overall a very nice hotel, great staff, bed are very comfortable, very clean on the inside and outside within the property. Only thing I didn’t like was the location of the hotel but I can’t change that. 10/10 highly recommend

I had called the hotel before booking and they had told me there is a kitchen in the room. That a stovetop and dishes will be provided. However there was nothing of that sort in the room. I needed that specially for my son to make breakfast in the mornings. I was quite disappointed
