Property is dirty, there is black mold growing in the corner of our room, the sheets felt damp, there was banging out side our room all night, the elevator in our building was broken and had to carry 4 full size suitcase to the 3rd floor, the restaurant closed 2 hrs earlier then its posted hours, it was extremely expensive and poor quality, the beds are uncomfortable, they advertised a free shuttle to the cruise port but its full so we had to pay for an Uber, the list goes on and one. Hotel itself was ok. The location on the waterfront helps this hotel as well as restaurant on the waterfront helps calms the nerves a bit. It’s still Long Beach. Overall C-. Main reason for low rating was transportation that we paid for and upon returning from Catalina, the hotel charged th 120.00 or 40 per day in advance at checkout.The hotel offers a ride to the Catalina Expresss and back. When we returned, and called. The hotel and was like sorry no one available. Keeping mind this was a Monday afternoon at 2pm. Just a basic reminder if you offer a service that your customers pay for, then you should honor the service or refund the money

Was a nice hotel. The customer service was excellent. Definitely has a resort feel. Had good views of the ocean. Very close to the queen mary, walking distance. Cleaning staff needs some work, floors in the rooms were pretty dirty. Tv service was a little bad, lots of lag. Fire alarm kept going off.

The check in was great. Staff immediately welcomed you. The room was a little worn however, it was very clean and the restroom was very clean. The pool is really cool as it faces the water, the bartender at the pool was also great. The hotel could benefit from staff walking around and picking up discarded items or used drinking glasses by patrons. Other than that a really cooll place.
