I was a little disappointed by the room size and breakfast. The variety of the food served at the breakfast seemed to have reduced to a minimum compared to the Hyatt standard, and the quality of the food was average. The room is small for 3 people, and there is not much room to move around. I probably will not stay here again if I come to Pasadena next time.

Staff were very nice. Super close/walking distance to shopping. Kind of a pain to go in and out of parking as we had to call the attendant each time to give them our parking number since we were staying over night. No jacuzzi :( breakfast was good. I appreciated the oat milk option as that is very rare. No flavored coffee creamer and coffee is only out during breakfast. Bolton always has hot chocolate, coffee and tea available all day. Some even have apple cider. I paid more than $100 more than my friends that stayed at a different hotel but the convenience of breakfast and friendlyness of staff was great.

I was there for 9 nights for work. The breakfast was good, there were plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. The only bummer was the cost of overnight parking, and the pool was a little disappointing - small and shallow.
